What if we're out of town?
That's exactly when the service helps most. Leave the cans in their normal accessible spot and we'll handle the rest.
What if pickup is delayed?
We'll keep an eye on the route and return your cans after collection. Holiday schedules may shift the timing.
Can you go through a gate?
Yes, if it's safe and you give us permission and access instructions. We'll never enter a locked or pet-occupied area unexpectedly.
How do I cancel?
You'll be able to cancel anytime through the secure billing portal. Your service continues through the paid period.
What if something gets missed?
Tell us right away. An adult-managed help form and phone number will be available before launch so we can make it right.
Who manages payments?
A parent manages the business account and all billing. Emma and Gordon focus on the neighborhood route.
